How often will we be in touch during an assignment?

As often as the assignment requires, and always with the same people.

In ongoing collaborations, we have a regular check-in and a channel for urgent matters. For shorter assignments, a kickoff, a mid-point review, and a handoff are usually sufficient.

We will get in touch if anything changes, even when it is us who need to rethink.
