Why media training is needed before the phone rings
Most people who are uncomfortable in interview situations feel that way for the same reason. They do not know how the journalist works, what the question actually aims to achieve, or what happens to the answer afterward. This can be learned, and once it is learned, the pulse drops.
How a media training session works
We start with the message, scenario, and opponent. What needs to be said, in what situation, and who is on the other side. Then you train under realistic pressure, in front of a camera, in a panel, or against AI-simulated interviews. The assignments can be tailored for an individual spokesperson or more general for an entire management team.
Collaboration with your spokespersons
It is the difficult questions that matter, so that is what we spend our time on. Confidence is built through repetition. A training day provides a start, but the routine only comes once you have done it a few times, and we are happy to return ahead of the situations where it really counts.

FAQ
FAQ
Who needs media training?
Everyone who is to speak for the organization under pressure: CEO, press manager, experts, board. The need is usually only apparent when the phone is already ringing.
The training is less about speaking beautifully and more about knowing what to say when the question is uncomfortable. We practice with your own questions and your own situation, not general examples.
Often a short session is enough for a spokesperson to feel secure in a normal interview. If an investigation is on the horizon, we spend more time and make it sharper.

What are AI-simulated interviews?
An AI plays the journalist: well-prepared, stubborn, and tireless. More rehearsals and tougher follow-up questions, without booking a studio.
The spokesperson answers in real-time and can run the same interview over and over again until the answers stick. Afterwards, we review what held up, where the message was lost, and which follow-up questions hurt.
It does not replace a real interview with a real journalist. It makes the rehearsal so cheap that it actually happens, which is the most common reason why media training fails to have an impact.

Tailored or general approach?
Both exist. Ahead of a specific situation, such as a listing, review, or launch, a tailored approach is right; general programs build foundational security.
A general program goes through the basics: how an editorial team thinks, how an interview is structured, and how to stick to your message when questions start to wander. It is suitable when multiple people need to be ready to participate.
A tailored program is based on your own issues and the current situation you are in. We brief ourselves on the case, formulate the most difficult questions, and run them under realistic conditions.
